By using Sunucu.com services you accept the terms below. We recommend reading this carefully.
1. Agreement
This agreement governs the relationship between the customer using Sunucu.com infrastructure and Sunucu.com. Continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
2. Service scope
Sunucu.com provides 1-click app installation, managed hosting, email and domain services. Illegal content, spam or use that violates others' rights is not allowed.
3. Payment and refunds
All plans are prepaid monthly in USD. Unused time is not pro-rata refunded, but service stays active through the end of the paid month.
4. Acceptable use
Phishing, spam, malware hosting, pirated content and botnet usage are prohibited. Such use leads to immediate suspension without notice.
5. Liability
In case of service downtime or data loss, Sunucu.com's liability is limited to the customer's last month's payment.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes are notified via email at least 14 days in advance.
